This street is one of the most beautiful places on God's earth. There are 360 degree views of the ocean and it is a very peaceful street. The neighbours are o.k. too. The real estate on this street won't leave you much change out of a million k but you will like the fact that you can run down to the beach within a minute from your backyard. This street is in the better part of Warnbro across Warnbro Sound Avenue. It is fairly close to Rockingham and the Warnbro Fair Shopping Centre. It is a great street in which to raise a family and it is ideal if you are a retiree or someone who just loves to be in nature. It will be too quiet for you if you are a party animal. One drawback to the street is that it is above a carpark that services the beach and sometimes, there are unsavoury people around which makes the street feel a little unsafe. That being said, it is a lovely street and you would be happy to have such a beautiful place to call home.
