Looking to relocate on Mornington peninsula
Hastings, VIC 3915 is located within the Mornington Peninsula local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Considering Hastings, but concerned about some of the comments, acknowledging that stupid people are everywhere. My main concern is safety, and a nice healthy environment. What is the impact of the nearby BP raffinerie on the environment? Is there any smell? Or anything else to be concerned about. Thanks

Avoid Hastings at all costs. Only 15% of residents are employed!!

There is absolutely no smell from the BP refinery. Hastings is very safe and has lovely fresh air. I think Hastings is a fantastic place to live.
