Changing rapidly but still has a lot of of unsavoury people. Good for investment if you want a long term return.

The only return you'll get is return bums who won't pay rent or return police visits for domestic abuse it's NOT a great investment but then you could be the lucky one you may have great tenants . Good luck with that.
