Reviews of Howard Street, Box Hill
"Very Central to Box Hill. Interesting mix of period homes and apartment developments."
Howard Street has an unusual mix of residence types that happens to blend quite successfully. The majority are period homes dating from Edwardian to 1930s Bungalow styles. Interspersed are a number of medium density unit, apartment and townhouse developments from 3-storey 1970s apartment blocks to a large1980s 2-storey attached townhouse development.
The street is highly sought after for not only its family homes, many of which have been extended and renovated to today's standards, but also for the perceived development potential, given reasonably large land size, in most cases 700 to 750 square metres, and very close proximity to popular Box Hill Central, station and transport hub.
Very comfortable stroll to a huge array of quality restaurants offering amazing value (many Asian)
Easy walk to Whitehorse Aqualink Pool, gym, recreation and sports grounds of Surrey Park.
Great for

Not great for
