"Quiet, tree lined and close to Heatherdale station"
Irvine Street is a lovely tree lined street, moments to the Eastlink entrance and only minutes walk to Heatherdale station and the Whitehorse Road shops. Plus only a short drive (or 15 minute walk to the newly renovated EastLand shopping centre).
There is a new development at the end of the street boasting 20+ new townhouses that make the street a bit busier, but it is still in a great spot and has easy access to amenities.
I've rented and managed many house/townhouses in this street and can confirm it is popular spot due to location, green feel and houses big blocks.
