"High on a Hill"
Located high on the hill, opposite Doncaster Shopping Town, the top of Lawford Street enjoys incredible views of the city. A steep no-through-road, it has a lovely family-friendly park at its end which also attracts many a dog walker. Large BV homes are in the majority. Close to all of Doncaster's main attractions and just minutes from the Eastern Freeway, the CBD is never far away either. A great place to bring up families!

Because it is a no through road, the traffic on Lawford Street has changed very little. That's the beauty of Lawford Street - close to everything, yet quiet!

Must be very convenient being so close to arguable Melbourne's best shopping center. How has the traffic been in Lawford since Shoppingtown has been opened?
