"Local of 30 years...soon to be leaving Liverpool Street"
Being one street parallel to Kendal, it is close to most amenities. Liverpool is also on the high side, runs east/west so homes face north or south. This becomes an important factor in summer, believe me. I have lived here for fourteen years and I have never been broken into and neither have my neighbours. Most of them own their homes and it has been a quiet street overall.
