"Perfect location for a family"
Vaux Street is close to parks and playgrounds, schools, shops, the swimming pool, medical centre and the main street of Cowra. With a back lane, people don't have driveways so kids can ride along the footpath without the fear of cars. Kids can walk to primary school, and it's only a three minute drive to childcare or the high school. We loved it.

No kids allowed...strange but true..
Not all parents let their kids run wild..
I am very very house proud and would never let my kids damage(without fixing)a house where we live..
