"Busy street but with plenty of street appeal"
Lucknow Street is a beautiful tree lined street in friendly neighbourly Mitcham.
It is quite busy as its used as a cut through from rooks Road to Mitcham and also due to Yarra Valley water having their office there.
The Mitcham road end is an easy walk to the Rangeview shops and both ends have bus links to shops/train station.
There are a mix of houses and units along here, with decent rental return due to popular location.
