Most expensive homes in Melbourne

Melbourne has some of the most expensive homes in the world per capita and with the recent announcement of some high profile sales I thought it would be a great idea to get everyone's thoughts on the top homes whether they have sold or not. Some of the prices can only be based on speculation but here goes!

If you have any candidates for the list let me know and I will update it.
