Best affordable family areas?
Melbourne (Greater) Region is located in the state of Victoria.
Currently renting in Bentleigh East and love it here but we want to buy and cant afford any 3 beds here. We have an infant and a pre-schooler. Hubby works in Bentleigh East and I work in Clayton, so need to be convenient to both.

Hi Clobells, Wallan is a very liveable and affordable place to live, with rural charm and city convenience. 3 supermarkets and primary and secondary schools. private schools in Kilmore only 15mins away:) would you like a quote on H & L in the Wallan Valley estate? - the closest new estate in Wallan (walk to all ammenities) frequent bus to Line station, wallan is just 15mins north from Craigieburn with quick east access to CBD:)
