Thats a very objective question Kes, but personally I think anywhere within 20-25 minutes drive into the CBD and near a train line are great places to live in Melbourne!
I live and work as a Property Manager in Mitcham and can say I absolutly love it due to the proximity to the city, parks, friendly people and greta cafes/shops!
