There are some beautiful streets in Box Hill especially near Dorking Road and Sion Ladies college. I have never heard a bad review about Box Hill as a suburb that is unsafe and has a high crime level. I think like most suburbs there are safe and unsafe parts, you just need to be logical and think to avoid the parts where undesirable people may be.
