Im looking at a property on Hughes Parade in Reservoir (VIC) and would love to hear from locals or anyone familiar with the area.

How is it in terms of:

Safety / crime levels?
Noise and traffic, especially during peak hours?
Neighbourhood vibe friendly? quiet? mixed community?
Schools, parks, public transport access?
General livability anything to watch out for?
