It depends whether you want a volume builder, eg. Metricon, Carlisle Homes, Henley etc. or if you want to build a custom built home. It also depends on the inclusions. Some volume builders have costs online. If you’re after a custom built home, aim to spend around $20,000 per square for a home of reasonable quality.
