Living next door to Private Schools

For anyone who lives next door to a private school, do you ever worry about being acquired one day so they can expand their mini empires? Yes, I understand if they really need to expand but some clearly don't. For instance, my house should not be making way for another sports shed/room (on top of the million others). Greedy.
