Looking for a new home

Hi all, I'm a hardworking likeable girl looking to find a place to make my own. In search of a one bedroom apartment that's not too far from the cbd, so I can get to work. I'm a waitress at the Pancake Parlour! Im looking to pay no more than $250/week. In my spare time I write, bake cakes and create animal sculptures. Im 27, so my party days are long behind me. Hoping to become your new star tenant. Any advice or ideas you guys have would be very welcome.
