Moving to Victoria - Suburbs to buy within 45 minutes of CBD
Hi Everyone,
My husband and I are looking at moving to Victoria from Perth later in the year and we were after recommendations for suburbs to buy in.
We have a budget of $450-480K and would prefer a 3 bedroom (4 even better) modern house with a decent backyard.
No preference to location (we have no idea!), somewhere with nice parks and not a crazy crime rate would be nice... Is this even achievable?
