"Nicer end of Quinns"
Almost on the border of Jindalee, this area is well away from the rougher end of Quinns. Far enough away from Marmion Avenue so that noise pollution shouldn't be a factor. Literally a five minute walk to Quinns Beach Primary School and even less to the nearest bus stop for those that need it. Traffic when I drive through there daily seems much quieter and there don't appear to be any rednecks or hoons driving around as you often see in the cheaper end of Quinns.
