"Noisy Neighbours"
This falls in the older part of Quinns and we initially rented here as it was cheaper than others. There is a fair amount of hooning, along with noisy neighbours. There are a number of Homes West houses in the area too. Being so close to Marmion Ave, there are quite a number of pedestrians passing our house to access the bus stop, shops etc.
There seem to be fewer parks in the old area and when visiting them you notice tagging on everything.
