Mindarie Drive, Quinns Rocks, WA 6030

Mindarie Drive is a fabulous street to live in Quinns Rocks. It is within 5 mins walk to the Quinns Rocks/Mindarie Surf Club and Beach, the local shops and post office, IGA is open til 8pm and we have a drive through bottle shop and plenty of fast food outlets in the area. The lifestyle is excellent for raising families, with a mixture of age groups in the area. It is extremely community focused and very friendly and everybody looks after each other. They have now developed the new road along the beach to the dog beach and its fabulous for walking, cycling and parking for the beach. We have a deli and a new Portofino's cafe and restaurants just opened which is situated on the beach and BBQ areas, children's park and did i mention the dog beach. I love Mindarie Drive for it's peacefulness and of course views of the ocean and lifestyle. It's close to the train station in Clarkson and the Mitchellin freeway is a 10 min drive away so its not as far from the City as one thinks. I couldn't think of anywhere more perfect to live. Mindarie Drive and Quinns Rocks (old) has so much Character - its a very unique place to settle.
