"Beautiful part of Melbourne"

This is one of my favorite spots in Melbourne. The beach is clean, cafes and restaurants are a plenty. It has Village feel & is under 5kms to the Melbourne CBD. Albert Park Lake (MSAC & wave pool) is next door & St Kilda night life is just down the road. The streets are lined with beautiful period homes, worth a visit, Lovely vibe all year round. "The most tightly held suburb in Melbourne!"

Middle Park is widely known as one of the most tightly held suburbs in Melbourne. In 2019 there were only 37 houses that sold, which is incredibly low volume. The median house price in Middle Park last year was $2,375,000. Middle Park also has a fabulous village with excellent cafes. Land sizes range from 100 sqm2 to 1000 sqm2!
My top 3 streets are:
Richardson Street
Page Street
Armstrong Street

"Middle Park"

Middle Park is a beautiful suburb - some of the most attractive streets in the district. Also very close to both the bay and CBD.

"Can't imagine living anywhere else"

Village feel within 4K from the Melbourne CBD with three tram line options to the city, where you have Albert Park Lake ( in which every sporting club is present), cafes/restaurants within and more in the adjacent suburbs (St. Kilda & Albert park), beach - what more can one wish for! it is the perfect lifestyle for singles & families! The only problem is my family and I don't get out of the suburb much in the car because everything you need is within walking distance!

Rentals in Middle Park

"Peaceful, beautiful - You will never guess that you are only 4 km away from the CBD"

You only need to go for a drive through the streets of middle park to understand the kind of lifestyle on offer... Nestled perfectly between Albert Park lake and the bay, Middle Park is like a peninsula separated from the CBD by Melbourne's largest and most renowned lake, Albert Park Lake (also home to the Australian Formula1 Grand Prix). Middle Park is a low to medium density micro-suburb (bordered by Mills street on the west border and Fraser street on the east side) in which each of its residents take enormous pride of their address (this can be witnessed by simply driving past and seeing how well manicured all the house facades are). With St Kilda hustle and bustle (east), the beach (south), the lake and the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Center (North), Middle Park is simply an extension of the suburb of Albert Park (hence the same postcode). Middle Park's only shopping/restaurant/cafe hub is located on the north end of Armstrong street and despite its small size has everything one needs to be entertained, fed or groomed. Middle Park primary school is one of the best in the state (scored 92/100 in 2015).

"Lovely Middle Park."

Middle Park is wonderful! It is a sleepy little hollow between Albert Park and St Kilda West. There is very little traffic - other than local. It is family friendly with the beach and lake within walking distance. There are a couple of great playgrounds for children with BBQ and toilet facilities. Everyone is relaxed and friendly. The village has a number of great little cafe's with great coffee along with a 'frock shop', children's clothing store, hair dressers and giftware shops. Traveling to the city is easy via the 96 and 112 tram. But beware - purchasing a home here is expensive - but once you live here you will never want to leave.

"adjacent Albert park, beachside and close to the city"

There is a lot to like about Middle Park. A great beachside suburb with bountiful places to eat, drink and be merry around. Then Albert Park is right there for that bit of greeery if you ever have enough of the beach.

Luna Park just down the road to send the kids so you can relax a bit more. If you want to get into the city, public transport is a breeze and won't take long.

Beautiful tree lined streets. It is the perfect place for young families, couples, singles and retirees alike.
