"Nextdoor to an airport!"

Lived here, but not for long. Full of high rises/holiday rentals, no owner occupiers, next to an airport (noise 24/7) and pretty much as low as you can get without being in the water. We felt vulnerable as there was an increasing number of break ins during our time there. Moved to Buderim and love it.

"WORLD CLASS COASTAL VILLAGE"

An intimate seaside village that epitomizes the Sunshine Coast Lifestyle. Stunning beach that is both clean and uncrowded with a real old fashioned community surf club without the bar & pokies where the kids and the beach really matter. Just enough coffee shops and cafes to walk to and the hub of the Sunshine Coast is only 10 minute drive away. Friendly and unpretentious with a great green belt surrounding the village.

"Gotta love Mudjimba - best place on the coast"

A great, quiet place that has arguably the best beach on the coast. Lack of through traffic makes it a quiet place that is ideal for residents to enjoy as not many tourists know about it. We have the beach, river, cafe, bakery, convenience store and restaurant. Good (by Sunshine Coast standards) bus service directly to Maroochydore and Coolum, Peregian and Noosa. Housing is a mixture of old shacks and new modern masterpiece. People are outstandingly friendly and look out for each other. None of the usual Sunshine Coast snobbery here.
Come take a look and buy / rent your own piece of paradise.
