"A nice place to live."
For over 20 years Partridge Way has been known as one of Mooroolbark's best streets. With larger size homes, residents tend to be house proud and generally have lovely gardens. Located near Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, shopping and public transport is easy. The local Telebus will even pick you up from your door. We have lived here for over 20 years as have most of our neighbors. Go for a walk and you will probably get a "Good Morning" greeting from others you meet, but residents seem to generally just keep to themselves.
