"Pine Road Mooroolbark"
This is a fantastic part of Mooroolbark which many don't know about...
It is at the boderline of Edna Walling's famous Bickleigh Vale Estate and is is surrounded by English Cottages and character filled homes, Pine Road itself has lots of trees and a country feel to it. You will find most blocks ranges form 1/2 acre to 2 acre.
We love Pine Road because it is a small lane way which feels like your own private driveway. The neighbours are friendly and it's like sharing a secret only the residents of Pine Road knows about.
It is also close to shops, parks, schools, shopping centers and public transport.
The price ranges anywhere up to $1.8m for some of these properties on Pine Road and surrounds.
Pine Road and Bickleigh Vale Estate is no doubt the best part of Mooroolbark. It reminds me of the feeling of Park Orchards, Warrandyte & Wonga Park.
