Point Cook, VIC 3030 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am looking at a rental property on Beachview Parade, Point Cook. Anyone local can provide the latest insight (positive or negative) for access to public transport to CBD, area safety, NBN and vodafone coverage for virtual work? Other recommendations to help me make an informed decision is welcome as well

Point Cook is a safe suburb, it is a family oriented place. Beachview Parade is located in the Sanctuary Lakes Estate they have security patrolling the area.
There are Bus stops nearby and they stop at Point Cook Town Centre, Williams Landing, Laverton, Altona Meadows and all the local train stations.
