Point Cook, VIC 3030 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am planning to buy an established house in Point cook in 3 months time. I am looking for advice in deciding about buying house in a estate like alamanda, featherbrook, etc.. how much does it cost for a 4Bedroom House in terms of council/society cost. is that the same on other areas of point cook not coming under estates (close to seabrook) where it is not part of an estate. what are the positives/cons about buying house in a estate or other. Any advice will be of great help to me. Thanks in advance for your advice.
