Is Sanctuary Lakes a good area to live while working in Yarravillle?

Relocating to Melbourne from Sydney. Work location is in Yarraville, but thinking of living at Sanctuary Lakes as it seems more affordable than around Yarraville for what we are after. Anyone with some advice?
