Park & Ride Options

Looking at Point cook as a possible option for me to move in with my family ( 2 Kids and Wife ), I keep hearing horror stories on Traffic snarls to get into the CBD. Is there a Park & Ride nearby and how is the commute and parking options in the stations. Appreciate your time.
