Saltwater Coast Network issues

Point Cook, VIC 3030 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

Hi All, we are looking to buy a property in Saltwater Coast Point Cook. We really like the surroundings, the only concern right now is the mobile network coverage. I am required to work from home a lot and definitely need a good internet speed and phone coverage. Please let me know your experiences and thoughts.

Hi priyam3. Salt Water Coast is a nice place. Just remember to lock your doors and if you do have an M3, don’t leave that parked outside.
The nbn speeds tend to be good, as these newer estates have the fibre running to the kerb and some have the fibre running into the property too. I have a mate that lives there, he gets really really good speeds. Over 100mbps but you have to pay for the good speeds too.

Saltwater Coast is a lovely area in Point Cook to buy a house it has good size blocks and beautiful designed homes. In regards to the internet and phone coverage the estate runs on Fibreoptics, I find that it runs smoothly and the coverage is average. As long as you go with a good internet and phone provider you should be fine.
