"Great cul desac with local vehicles and visitors only"
Close to all amenities and buses and soon a new shopping and office development one block away on Russell and Rocky Point Road, will enhance the shopping experience. Poplar street still offers opportunity buying with modest homes and a major plus is it is a no through acces to vehicles.
Recent sale for a house August 2010 was $712,000
Off Rocky Point road seperated by Jameson Lane, Poplar street represents good value buying.
