Reviews of Portsea Crescent, Kewarra Beach

"Full of Karens"

Street is full of the sort of people who think going and putting bad reviews on all the other suburbs will make the price of their property go up. You have to ask yourself whether you want to live amongst those sort of selfish people.

Portsea Crescent is absolutely wonderful. Huge wide road, stunning backdrop along one side of the tropical reserve with a fresh water Creek running through it. Some lovely houses with big blocks and stunning gardens.

"The best Street in Kewarra Brach"

Backing onto a reserve, Portsea Crescent is not only tranquil it is also just around the corner from shops including a grocer, butcher, chemist, GP, bottle shop, pool shop and more! Some beautiful gardens at number 22 and 24. Love walking past these houses.
The reserve behind also provides a shortcut to the beach as well as Trinity Beach.
Very wide Street too, old school that could fit 4 cars across easily. Big blocks too. A fantastic Street in high demand.
Also be weary of flood prone streets closer to the beach. Portsea is fine but other streets especially ones on the beaches are prone to bad flooding with cyclones.
