Poulter Avenue, Greensborough, VIC 3088

Live near the station and strangers often stop and compliment our garden (even had one guy come sit on our garden bench saying too inviting..lol) We love taking our dogs less than 3 minutes to the Poulter Ave ovals where they run while we walk along the river. RSL at end of street for a great meal and/or night out Transport both train and bus just so close and now waiting for big Redevelopment to finish so we can walk across the railway line for the Aquatic Centre and a coffee but if I could say one thing it is the friendliness of the neighbours.After living inner city this has it all...would not want to live anywhere else
