"As central as it gets!"
Simla Street is literally next to the shops, train station and Coles.
Half the Street is residential and other half is industrial. Most of my tenants have not complained of noise as some of the commercial buildings are churches and storage businesses.
Rental wise due to location properties lease quickly, but note some tenants are put off due to limited parking and industrial business.
Overall great spot close to everything Mitcham has to offer!
