"St Leonards, a quiet sanctuary in the heart of St Kilda Hill."
High land values, great amenities, quality residents, mix of new and old properties with a real medium density (not high density as the rest of St Kilda is) flavour. A real sanctuary in the heart of the bustle and rush of St Kilda and (secret) it's not tooo hard to get a car spot.
