"A mix of families, rentals and public housing"
Sullivan Ave has a definite blend. I have had the pleasure of walking the street and speaking to some of the locals. They residents who own their own home are lovely and keep an eye on the locals as they talk often. It is a street with many of the residents having resided there for over 10 years. Some of the houses have been renovated.
