Vista Crescent, Rowville, VIC 3178

I have been renting a house in Rowville for the past four years and so far it has been the best suburb I have ever lived in. I have been renting in numerous suburbs around Melbourne for the Past 20 years and if I intend to buy my own property, I will definitely go for Rowville. Why? ...Because it has everything a good suburb can offer e.g; green picturesque views, safety, convenience of all major arterials (Monash & Eastlink), within 10 min drive to major shopping malls ;Chadstone, Knoxfield, Waverly, Fountain gate, Monash university, great public schools around the suburb e.g. Mt Waverley, Wheelers Hill etc.
It’s a very family oriented suburb with many sporting facilities, safe environment, local shopping area, library, golf courses, medical centre and the whole lot. I will grade Rowville 9/10 for families, couples and retirees. Down side is there is not train or Tram access but then Dandenong is 10 mins drive and there is a central Train station there.
My Recommendation – GO FOR IT WITH YOUR EYES SHUT ... YOU WILL LOVE IT !
