"Has it all!"
Perfect for a growing family. Bordering on Eltham and Greensborough.
Set back from the main road, Sunderland Rise sits right next to Malcolm Blair Reserve. A large park with new play equiptment, tennis club and baseball pitch. A couple of hundred metres from the start of the street is the local kindergarten. There are Primary schools in walking distance or a short drive away. Buses at the end of the streets going to Greensborough plaza (and Greensborough Station). Located 5 minutes drive from Greensborough Plaza.
