We moved to Swan Hill in 2011 after purchasing a failing boarding kennels. We knew Swan Hill had plenty of shops and the climate for most of the year was great. What we didn't know was how welcoming the people are to two Poms and the way in which they supported and still continue to support our business.
We have a great hospital, plenty of schools and specialist schools, college, aged care and a wide selection of shops from trendy clothing, homewares, shoe shops and everything in between. We also have national chains such as Coles, Bunnings, Woolworths, Reject Shop, Dimneys, Harvey Norman and others. You won;t miss out on the banks as most are present in the town.
We are surrounded by lakes within a short drive and of course we have the Pioneer Settlement, a great cinema and plenty of pubs, clubs and restaurants offering virtually every food on the planet.
Its a great place to visit and a great place to live so come on and give us a fair go.

Swan Hill has a sensational balance of touristy things to do & retail shops to keep the locals happy. With an amazing variety of restaurants and Cafe's including Thai, Indian , Chinese, Italian, Vietnamese & good old fashioned Pub's & Club's - there is something for everyone. First class Golf courses, leading technology laser light show's, great fishing and camping and a choice of lakes to Ski on - all this and with more "Perfect" days than the Gold Coast - What more could you want.

Based in north west Victoria on the Murray Valley Highway, Swan Hill is an historic pioneer settlement and tourist attraction with a population of almost 10,000. Often considered a retail hub for the area, Swan Hill boasts a range of varied outlets as well as pubs and nightclubs, two football clubs, a junior soccer league, a horse racing club and a golf and bowls club. It is an ideal location for families and is linked to Bendigo and Melbourne by train. There are a total of nine schools in Swan Hill, catering for children of all ages and the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE is also based here.
