Best Cycle Trails near Sydney

I am looking to find a few more scenic bike routes in or near Sydney. I have noted down the ones I have been on, but looking for others.

Harbour Bridge to ANZAC Bridge
Go from bridge to bridge through the city, and take in the sights and sounds of the city.

Blue Mountains to Faulconbridge Point
68km of scenic route highlighting the blue mountains in all there glory. Start off a Faulconbridge, head to the bike trail and just keep going.

Sydney Olympic Park cycleways
Based around the Olympic Park grounds, you have three choices of paths you can take, Olympic Circuit, Parklands circuit or/and River Heritage Circuit. adds up to a total of 35km.

I like the picturesque ride along the bike path on the bay from Birkenhead Point to Rozelle.

For kid friendly bike paths I like Centennial Park http://www.centennialparklands.com.au/home/maps and Bicentennical Park, Olympic Park http://www.sydneyolympicpark.com.au/whats_on/parks/bicentennial_park. They both have fantastic bike paths, facilities to hire bikes, cafes and playground equipment.

Carramar to Liverpool
This trail will bring you through many parks on its way to the end. Wetlands and waterfront as well. Before bring you up to Liverpool station. Where you can either double back or get the train home.
