I have noted down some of the amazing events taking place in this city around Chinese New Year. Definitely worth checking!

Sydney Chinese New Year Festival at Haymarket
fireworks, Dragon Boat races, parades. Haymarket will have your Chinese traditional needs down.

Chinese Garden Chamber Music at Chinese Garden of Friendship
A day of fantastic Chinese music and an amazing show as well. Great way to spend new year.

Chinese New Year Gala on 13th of Feb
All aspects of Chinese culture get celebrated, art, pop culture and music. And shall have many Chinese celebrities.

Lunar New Year Performances at The Star
Many Chinese performances will be happening over the new year, such as silk ribbon, lion dances and stilt and tai chi performances. Daily lion dances shall start at 6:30pm and finish at 9:30pm
