I think Sydney terraced houses are overrated
I don't know what's the hype of them, I've attended several inspections and agents couldn't emphasise enough of the elegance/historical significance/characters .etc, but compared with their counterparts in other major cities worldwide those terraced houses in Sydney are mediocre to say the least (or shabby imo), what do you think?
