Is renting on a 1 year lease?
Sydney (Greater) Region is located in the state of New South Wales.
Hi! I am going to Sydney until the end of October. I do not see any 1 year lease agreements on any of the listings... does this mean that I can rent on a weekly/monthly basis? Or are all these listings already understood as requiring a 1 year lease? Thanks!

Hi Mika,
It can vary from property to property. Usually leased properties are for 6 or 12 months. But there are also properties you can rent which can have shorter leases as well but they're not as common. I hope this helps.
