The term affordable is of course relative to the city it is in, In this instance its Sydney! Sydney is in the top 10 most expensive cities in the world. I have put together a brief list of some of the more affordable suburbs in this city. I am on the look out for me, so if anybody knows of any. Let me know!
Claremont Meadows has a median price range of $567,000
Dean Park has a median price range of $571,000
Valley Heights has a median price range of $601,000
Lurnea has a median price range of $602,000
St Claire has a median price range of $603,000
Emu Plains has a median price of $621,000
Windsor has a median price range of $625,000
Blacktown and Lalor park both have a median price range of $630,000
