Which Sydney suburbs are best for a family

Hello there guys,

I'm getting married soon and we were thinking about buying some nice house in Sydney... we are based in Adelaide at the moment.

I was convinced that buying as soon as possible is smart option, since I've read that prices are going to grow like crazy in future.. but then I did some research and realized that prices are pretty high already, so we might be wait a few years and save...

In the meantime, I wanted to know which Sydney suburbs are great to live in as a family. I've found this Sydney suburb profile https://www.lifull.com.au/around/new_south_wales/sydney-dist/, and although it was helpful, I would like some additional info from real, common people. :)
