You and your family looking to move to Sydney?

Hi there,

I am trying to find the most suitable suburb for me and my family within Sydney. Obviously, that is easier said than done as the property prices are crazy!

I found a couple while looking online but want to get more ideas as well. They ones I cam across are.

George Hall - Median Price is $838,000 with a 10.2% annual growth rate.
It seems to have an abundance of parks and reserves which would give us many walking options and the park next to George River plays hosts to many festivals and local gatherings it seems? The road access seems really good with routes to Bankstown, Liverpool or the M5. With the median price of this suburb well under the average for Sydney as a whole, George Hall seems like a safe bet.

Fairfield - Median Price is $705,000 with a 12.6% annual grow rate.
A mixture of different kinds of developments from Cosmopolitan apartments, to high rises and all the way through to ‘Californian’ bungalows and federation styled homes.
South part of the suburb looks to be the more leafy part of fairfield, which has access to the vast outdoor spaces and the waterways. Seems to have easy access to The Horsley Drive, Woodville Road and the Hume Highway, that would make commute even easier.

You should check out Parramatta as well. The annual growth is looking good. It has a massive business and retail hub and about an hour from the the city centre.
