Champion Lakes

"Lake Front Views"

Champion Lakes is a lovely suburb situated off Lake Road and hosts the wonderful Champion Lakes Regatta which was opened in 2009 and cost some 30 million dollars to build. The suburb was initially a part of Camillo and was renamed with the Regatta started works. The establishment of the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre has provided students from schools like Kelmscott Senior High to participate in rowing competitions among other competitions. Not only is it used by schools but it is also open to the public all days of the week and is a beautiful and popular place for those close to the area to go walking. The suburb is a small area and the community is very close and family friendly.

"Byford - Developing suburb"

This suburb has changed so much over the past 10 years. From an old country town into the up and coming suburb where everyone wants to live! The developments that have happened and that are still in the pipeline has many excited about the future. The past couple of years have seen new estates popping up like Byford on the Scarp and Sienna Wood, new eateries like the Byford Country Club and Lemas, and much needed shopping like Aldi, Coles and Woolworths. Not to mention the new schools which have been a much needed essential to this ever-growing suburb. This suburb is the place to be

Brookdale

"Brookdale"

This suburb was originally a part of the district of Wungong and sits in the middle of Mount Richon, Hilbert and Armadale. There are some primary schools close by namely Xavier Catholic School, Dale Christian College and Gwynne Park Primary. It is still very close to the centre of Armadale so you are close to many shops and transport.

"Beautiful Bedfordale"

Bedfordale has some of the most beautiful homes and vineyards and the drive along Albany Highway. The local attractions include Churchman Brook Dam, Borello Park, Wungong Dam and cozy Elizabethan Pub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling. Being close to Armadale railway station provides easy access to the city by train.

"Great family suburb"

This is a fantastic suburb and offers many things for young and old. With your pick of many shops, schools and so many parks it will not disappoint. There is the Champion Lakes Regatta and Armadale Aquatic Centre for the fitness enthusiasts, there are many beautiful pockets and lots of peaceful cul-de-sacs for the quiet enjoyment of your home. I have quite a few tenants requesting properties in this area and its not hard to see why.

"Peaceful Hills Living - Mt Nasura WA"

This suburb will not disappoint! Whilst it is within the City of Armadale you are nestled into the hill and feel like you are away on holidays 24/7. It is very quiet, filled with beautiful homes, some of which are on quite large blocks. You have one of the best schools in the area, namely Armadale Primary School. Elizabethan Village is right in the middle and offers great local food and wine in a cozy setting at The Last Drop. There is also the historic Pioneer Village which if you were a kid in the 90's had the privilege of having your excursion there and getting an insight of how they used to live 'in the old days'!

Kelmscott

"You have everything you need."

Kelmscott is just 23 km southeast of Perth. It is a well established area with everything you need all within a 5 minute drive. It is a very family orientated suburb with many great local schools. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and great public transport. You can either live on the flats or nestle up high on the hill for the amazing views!

"Great location"

This is a lovely neighbourhood. Approximately 20km south-southeast of Perth. Although a part of the City of Armadale nearby suburbs include Harrisdale, Canningvale, Treeby and Banjup. There are great schools and new developments happening for the area. Plenty of parks and recreation and sporting facilities. Great for young families!

"New suburb 40 minutes from Perth city"

This suburb is fairly new, decent sized blocks, similar style homes. Close to Tonkin Highway. Some surrounding suburbs are Darling Downs, Wungong and Forrestdale. Close to shops and schools. Suitable for young and old and predominantly seems to be young families who live in the area.

"Just 40 minutes to the City"

Armadale is a great historic suburb with lots to offer. The shopping centres have just about everything you need. There are always improvements being made. The new Aquatic centre is amazing, you have the champion lakes regatta, 26 primary schools, 12 secondary schools and 3 libraries in the City of Armadale. There are so many lovely older homes with many fruit trees, new builds in newer development areas just 5 minutes from the City Centre. Cheap and affordable living.

Mount Richon

"Peaceful Hills Living - Armadale WA"

I have lived in this suburb for the past 9 years. I am situated on top of the hill facing Rockingham so no City views but absolutely stunning nonetheless! Formerly part of Armadale and Wungong, Mount Richon was approved as a suburb in 2003. It is only 6 minutes from the Armadale city centre and about the same distance to Byford. Much of the eastern boundary of Mount Richon adjoins parkland of regenerated bush, and some the more elevated parts of the suburb retain remnant native trees. Our property backs on to the Bungendore National Park. We have many Kangaroos, in groups of up to ten, they are regular visitors to our yard - attracted by the fresh greenery of the gardens in the warmer months. We take them for granted and love seeing our friends and their kids delight when they spot them. If you choose to move to Mt Richon, it will not disappoint!
