Hampton

"Hampton - A Destination Suburb"

Hampton is one of the best locations in Melbourne.

For the residents, they get to enjoy sought after primary schools, high quality restaurants and cafes, access to Hampton trains and buses, complimented by Hampton Beach - all of these within a short walk of each other.

Hampton has people of all ages and when visiting, you can see why the locals never want to leave.

Lamonts Butcher is a favourite of mine and also a favourite of many. I definitely recommend going there for your quality meats.

Truly is a destination suburb.

Torquay

"High-end Lifestyle!"

Torquay is a seaside town at the east end of the Great Ocean Road coastal drive, southwest of Melbourne, Australia.

It’s known for surf beaches like Bells Beach and Jan Juc Beach. The Surf Coast Walk trail starts at Point Impossible Beach and heads southwest via Point Danger Marine Sanctuary, with its limestone reef and sea slugs.

In town, the Australian National Surfing Museum displays surf memorabilia.

Torquay is undeniably cool. It’s hip, it’s thriving, and it’s one of Australia’s quintessential surf towns. Like Byron Bay is to Sydney, Torquay is to Melbourne. There are so many things to do in Torquay, Australia – even after you are done soaking up the surf culture.

For the beer lovers, Blackman’s Brewery and Bells Beach Brewing are must-do’s to include when you are planning what to do in Torquay. While offering completely different products, the beers produced here are fresh, local, and inspired by the town’s surf culture.

One place on earth where you decide to skip out of the city life, buy that forever home and retire down by one of the worlds best beaches.

Mount Duneed

"Mount Duneed Ticks All the Boxes"

Mount Duneed is a suburb of Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
It is divided between the City of Greater Geelong and Surf Coast Shire local government areas. Mount Duneed itself is an extinct volcano and the remains of the crater can be seen in the Mount Duneed Recreation Reserve.

Much of the locality north of Lower Duneed Road is part of the large Armstrong Creek Growth Area, which was opened up for urban development from 2010.

With the gazetting of the suburb Armstrong Creek in February 2012, Mount Duneed's southern boundary between Surf Coast Highway and Horseshoe Bend Road follows the boundary of the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Area. The area north of Boundary Road, south of the Warrnambool railway line and west of the Surf Coast Highway, formerly part of Grovedale, became part of Mount Duneed.

Mount Duneed offers so much to visitors and local residents. These things include:

Shopping in Waurn Ponds.
Spa retreats.
Narana Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
Wine tasting at Mt Duneed Estate.
A day trip to Geelong.
Local markets.
Transport.

Armstrong Creek

"3217 is on the Move!"

Armstrong Creek is a suburb of Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

It was gazetted in February 2012 as part of the Armstrong Creek Growth Area, from largely undeveloped land which had formerly been part of Connewarre and Mount Duneed.

At the 2016 Census, Armstrong Creek had a population of 4,247. In August 2019, the City of Greater Geelong announced construction of the sustainable Sparrovale Wetlands system is expected to begin in October 2019 subject to final planning approval, after council awarded the $3.25 million contract to Goldsmith Civil and Environmental.

The area offers new housing estates which are being developed to take advantage of the creeks and waterways around nearby Lake Connewarre. Its is a great area for families and people looking for a peaceful lifestyle with Geelong CBD and surf beaches only a short 15-20 minutes drive away.

The area has grown significantly over the past few years and will continue to do so due to the future plans and population growth. As the new suburb has grown many shops, restaurants, schools and childcare centres have opened to service the area and there’s now plans in progress to increase the size of town centre and amenities as the suburb continues to grow. The new suburb offers is residents good transport connections via bus to the Marshall or Geelong railway stations.

Great for:

Brighton

"Top End!"

Brighton is one of Bayside's most affluent suburbs. Some of the most desirable real estate is bought in this suburb for incredible prices.

Known for it's Church Street shopping strip, Yacht Club and the Golden Mile, the people of Brighton never leave.

A short train ride into Richmond for sporting events, or Melbourne CBD for a night out.

Brighton also offers extreme choice for residents and visitors on all levels. High end resturants, cafes, bars complimented by clothing and homewares shops.

After you're shopped out, take a short stroll down to Brighton Beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you stroll along the Golden Mile - admiring the homes that sit basically on the sand.

Highett

"Incredible Atmosphere"

Highett has certainly transformed into a chic locale.

The local residents get to enjoy a choice of restaurants and bars, cafes with quality coffee. The shopping precinct also consists of a large Woolworths supermarket, BWS, hairdresser and more. The underground parking for Woolworths is also very handy when it's raining outside.
For families, Highett has plenty of parks that are safe for all kids of any age.

A very popular primary school, known as St. Agnus Primary is largely central to the suburb.

For commuting, there is access to Highett Station and bus, with a short 30 minute train ride into Melbourne CBD.

Highett is a great location for young adults, singles, families and the elderly. It caters for anything and everything you may need.
