This is perfect to live in, full of parks, close to shopping centre, public transport and variety of restaurants, Brisbane airport only 10 minutes away. Great schools around this place.
brilliant. For a family its just perfect surrounding. It is very convenient. Craigslea State schools is fantastic.

"Crime keep away Rochdale"
Lot of crime happened around the area house breakage. It’s close to Logan area. Over priced tiny blocks . Not live any more. Keep away from this place
Break in happens in all suburbs. Rochedale is part of Brisbane Council as compared to Rochedale South that is part of Logon Council. Rochedale has better access to amneties as compared to Rochedale Soutl plus better schools. If Rochedale South gets gentrified and millionaires get in there then wait and watch for break ins to happen as well.
"Great safest place in Brisbane"
Great place for families. Safe, good neighbourhood, shopping nearby . Public transportation, lot of parks, acreage living but now lot of residential development. I lived here last 22 years. I say it’s a safest place close to chermside and Brisbane CBD

I have 5 bus services with 5 mins of my house in Wishart, it depends where you are. You can say the same for pretty much all suburbs.
