Best street in South Lake, near huge family friendly park and local delicatessen. Easy access to freeway and bike paths to the city....30mins on your bike and your in Perth...hows that!
Huge new Fiona Stanley hospital being built on 3kms away and close to Murdoch Universtity, St John of God Murdoch, Cockburn Central and Garden City shopping centres...
Definitely this part of South Lakes is a hidden treasure....!!
